With the holiday season just around the corner, Belclaire buyers are thankful for the wonderful amenities that Belclaire neighborhoods have to offer. Neighborhood amenities are more than just pools and playgrounds. They are places to meet new neighbors and make friends. Phillips Creek Ranch is part of a master-planned community in Frisco that offers several such places: green space, lakes, an extensive creek system, and trails and parks for families. Other exciting gathering places include a welcome center, a junior Olympic lap pool, a children’s pool, hike and bike trails, a fitness facility, an open air outdoor pavilion and much more. Belclaire also understands the importance of good schools and only builds homes in communities served by the best schools. Phillips Creek Ranch is served by Frisco ISD and has three elementary schools and a middle school onsite or adjacent to the community. To read more about Phillips Creek Ranch, click here.

Belclaire Homes appreciates the importance of school quality to home buyers and we are excited to share information on the new STEM Academy at The Tribute.
The K-8 STEM Academy (which stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) will open in the fall of 2014 and focuses on a tech-savvy and project-based approached to learning. What does project-based learning mean? In the real-world, collaboration is required to “get the job done.” Instead of traditional classrooms, the STEM Academy will have “houses” and subgroups of students that facilitate small group discussion and instruction. The STEM learning spaces will be created to foster collaboration and cultivate social skills that are necessary to succeed in the real world.
Belclaire is proud to build homes in a community that is taking a pioneering approach to education. Read more about the community and the schools.
