This pretty craft from www.theturquoisehome.com is easy to make with just tissue paper in Valentine’s Day colors (or any colors you like), laminating sheets, a hole punch, scissors and ribbon. Cut out large heart shapes for each project you’d like to complete, place it on a single sided sheet of laminating sheet, sprinkle small pieces of tissue paper within the heart shape and place a second piece of laminating sheet over the first.
