American Legend Homes is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented individual to coordinate and manage construction activities for new homes in the DFW area.
Essential Duties and Primary Responsibilities:
Oversee all construction activities for assigned community or areas
Walk each home construction site to support subcontractors and ensure satisfactory performance of each
Assess adherence to all local and state codes
Ensure proper community specifications, customer options and selections are accurately incorporated
Performance Objectives:
Accurate and timely completion of essential duties and responsibilities
Effective communication of information to appropriate internal and external contacts
Understanding of the American Legend Homes Core Values and Guiding Principles
Required Skills and Abilities:
4+ years of new home construction and field management
Effectively prioritize and multitask jobs in a challenging, fast-paced environment
Be a punctual and dependable team player
Present a positive attitude and a professional appearance
